There are different rings in this edition. 
123-2, 123-3, 123-4 are adjustable by just bending 
Ring 123-1 exists in at least 4 different diameters: 16 mm, 17 mm, 18mm and 20 mm.
Most likely there will also be 19 mm in diameter,
The colours of ring 123-6 differ from light blue/orange to dark blue/red.
Date of issue of these items most likely 1976 - 1978.

The colour of  123-6 is gold, the others show a silvery colour.
There are no markings on these items.
It seems that more different rings exist as to different posters and ads shown below.
